I am going to have enough time to do one more Sub Brief before the movers pack up all my recording equipment.  I want this one to be a  Patron requested Sub Brief.  No Poll this time, simply put in the comments section what submarine you would like me to brief next.

Concerning my move.  I plan on being back online by the end of May.  This means May will only have one Sub Brief.  I will be posting updates from my cell phone on the discord page.  If you haven't joined the Discord, here is your invite link: https://discord.gg/5GzNu7b

Astute if its not gonna get you in trouble with Daryl.

Knothead

Will also settle for Jive Turkey class.

Roy

Rubis-class

Axel

Maybe a Wildcard, what about the Type VII ?

Robert

Ohio class, and spare no details

Oh

Hotel Class

Bruno

Scorpene-class! Also, Brazil's building a nuclear variant, so I might be worth it including that too :)

MarkIIGunner

A bit left field ... how about the Trieste that explored challenger deep

SirWolfmeister

How about the Swedish Gotland class? 😃

Ender2063

688 considering its an US icon.

Aegir_jormungundr

love the scorpene or the Chinese type 093 Shang including her evolutions to include VLS cells

Jacob

He has already done that

TheKing EasyJust

The early nuclear powered soviet boats are super interesting, but what about the tango class?

Louis Laisement

Rubis class SSN or Triomphant class SSBN

Scott Borg

Love me some Ohio Class... good luck on the great big Move

Jonathan Ingalls

Trafalger! Let’s get something British in here!

Bambu Advanced Tuning Profiles (ATP)

How about a Jive Turkey perspective on where SSN(X) needs to go, based on advancements in adversary capabilities and the Navy drone projects?

Jon Ainsworth

Good luck on the move!! If you come close to Colorado Springs on the way, I'll wave out the window for you!!!

Jonathan Ingalls

Don’t I wish I was ‘that’ Ingalls family!

Phil Wood

How about the V boats, uk’s current SSBN. Best of luck with the move and I hope you and yours stay well

majgijoe

Chinese since they’re constantly in the news cycle nowadays.

Andrew MacDougall

I want to see a diesel boat. Even going as far back as a the Gato or Balao.

Andrew MacDougall

Daryl's gonna really get on his ass for that one.

Michael Jones

I'd love to hear about the albacore or the barbel class

Dan Tracy

Assuming you can’t touch anything in the US Navy that is still operational, how about the USS Narwhal OR a special on Turbo-electric drive nuclear submarines (Tullibee, Lipscomb, Triomphant) looking at the future to the Columbia class.

Seahour

Maybe something retro? Skipjack Class? Loss of the USS Scorpion could probably just be touched on, as a full thing on that would take forever and not be easy, besides you've done a 3 part series on it for YouTube already. Though I also really like Dan Tracy's idea.

Andrew MacDougall

Could you provide a link to a video on this Dan Tracy's theory?

Black Fox

Good news! This one already exists it's one of this older ones uploaded on August 21st 2019. Scroll down alot to find it. I would ask Jive to make a Audio version of it, as that does not exist, unless he plans to make a new video under the new format.

Nathan Green

French Barracuda (Suffren) class - and the Australian version?

Andrew MacDougall

too recent, too amerinkski. daryl would be non-plussed.

Andrei Capatana

How about the George Washington, the first SSBN?

Seahour

Dan Tracy commented above me, 2 comments above here on pateron. He just had a good idea for jive's next sub brief. However here is a link to jive's USS Scorpion loss analysis that I referenced. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzLT6untzWw&t

Arjan van Driel

What about the 688 Los Angeles class (Flight I) or the 637 Sturgeon class? You could tell a lot about the 688. Within the boundaries of what you can tell of course. My preference would be the Sturgeon though.

The Wells Report

Sturgeon....Especially “the cloaking device”
