Patreon being 'weird'? (Patreon)

Seems like Patreon has been acting weird/glitchy recently. 

Several patrons who were charged for July did not received a DM from during the reward distribution period.

Some was recorded as being A Patron during July, has been charged for August BUT only has a 1 month total of lifetime pledge (meaning they weren't charged for July)

The entire site is laggy and slow as heck.

They've completely removed the old Relationship Manager, but the new one kinda sucks. I rely on the manager to mass-select my patrons according to their tiers to DM them. The old one would display EVERYONE in a single long page. The new one limits it to about 70 per page, so i have to click next to select the rest. 

This problem with the Relation Manager is most likely why some of you didn't get my DM (your name might have not been selected/checked in the Manager for some reason)
