BOTC Online is Currently Down - Users Unable to Log In (Patreon)

Ooof, it's certainly not our week.

We regret to inform you that we’re currently experiencing issues with user accounts in the app. At the moment, users are unable to log into the app. This is an ongoing issue that we’re monitoring closely with Shopify Support, who manage our user accounts.

  • The best case scenario is that Shopify is able to resolve the issue and users will be able to log in normally within a few hours, potentially even sooner.

  • The worst case scenario is that this will not be resolved until Monday June 23rd, leaving the app inaccessible for the weekend.


In light of recent events with the World Cup Voting, we’d like to point out that this is not an external attack of any kind.

We thank you for your patience, and will update you as soon as there is any further progress or information.

Really hope it’s fixed by tomorrow, I’m just starting out and trying to get my friends involved and planned for tomorrow night two weeks in advance because I’ve been having trouble getting people to commit. This could be a big make or break on if they ever give the game a shot unfortunately

They haven’t played before and it’s been impossible to get schedules to work for most to be free and for it to be down shows unreliability in what has already been difficult planning. So it’s got nothing to do for if the game is for them or not.
