As a heads up (as I can imagine you'll get a lot of comments about it) - the subtitles are getting things like names wrong (John instead of Jean, Spuds instead of Potato girl etc.). I'm only a few mins into the first episode with you so there could be more off than just names. Mainly pointing it out because when you get into the AoT fandom, some things might not make as much sense, based off the subs y'all have - not just the name stuff :)

Oh my gosh I really think you all should watch in English these subtitles are so off even on basic stuff like character names also really hard to read subtitles on the phone… but love your reaction none the less.

To explain the part at 11:23. Jean changed his mind about apologizing to Eren. So he "washes" the high five off on Connie's shirt.

It would be awesome if you had a list of "misterys" or things that we don't know yet, like it was a videogame, it makes the experience more fun; until know, we have: - Where is Grisha? (father of Eren) - How did Eren got the key? - All about the titans - Exactly what are the Colossal and Armored Titans? How are they more intelligent than the normal tintans? - What happened to Armin's parents? - Who sabotage Eren's belt? - What was the images or the flashes that were in Mikasa's mind when Carla was being eating by the titan? - Why Mikasa's last name is Ackerman, but Eren's is Jaeger if they are siblings? - WHAT IS IN THE BASEMENT? I promise, all of the misterys in this show will have their answer, but some of them are given through dialogues that appears to not be important, so that's why it would be fun to have the list. Also, I think that is important to know about the walls and their districts in order to understand better where are we in every point of the story, because some people thougt that walls María and Rose both falls in the first 2 episodes, when in the reality, the ones that got destroyed were the wall of the district of Shiganshina and wall María. I mean, is not really hard to understand, but it can be a little tricky if one is not paying attention to all the dialogues and the information screens that appears in the half of the episodes

Also, Keith Shadis (The training instructor) said something that makes us know that he used to know Grisha, so you can add it to the misterys: - How Shadis and Grisha know each other?

I would suggest a map like with GOT. Sadly only ones I found already show names so it heavy spoils 😭 but maybe just a graph one would work. It’ll really help down the line for characters/plot
