I understand Theon's actions. I mean, dude was taken from his family when he was nine. Albeit a pretty shit family, it is still his own blood. While he was taken as Ned's ward, it is just a padded title to overshadow the fact that he was indeed a hostage. If his father had displeased King Robert in anyway, Ned, being the honorable man he is would execute Theon without a second thought. Robb was the only one who loved Theon like a brother. Sure, the Starks did not starve him or limit him too much, but this is just the way highborn hostages are treated by other highborns. You guys should have also picked up on the importance of honor in this world. While he loved Robb like a brother, it is his duty to his house and his family to fight for them. His dilemma of having to choose between a man he loves like a brother and being in a world so driven by honor, forcing him to side with his real family because it his a duty of his house is such a tough decision when you yourself are actually in that position. Do I believe he chose wrong? Yes, I do. Do I dislike Theon for his act of killing Ser Rodrik? Yes, I do. However, I also understand his dilemma and his choices.

1) Bridget, I swear nearly everytime you say your name during the intro, it sounds like the first two notes of the GOT theme song. 2) Yaaaaaaaaaaas What We Do In The Shadows let's gooooooooooooooo

Sandor's (the Hound) actions instantly put him at the top of my list for favorite characters, as well as my mothers when we watched. My little sister is just a year shy of Sansa's in the books and seeing that seeing Sansa wriggling and desperately trying to escape the oncoming rape just choked me up and I started bawling as I was begging for anyone to save her. My mom was ready to tear those guys apart as well, her maternal instincts kicking into overdrive. Fucking hell, just getting emotional writing this out.

Julia R

Yall just finished episode 6, there ARE no more chill episodes this season 😂😂😂

Corey

This episode was not chill haha. Welcome Rose Leslie (Ygritte) :) Her and Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and now married and expecting their second child :)

Game of Thrones and What We Do in the Shadows?! It's probably unhealthy how excited this made me 😂

NoahKarls

It wasn’t exactly a binary decision though. He could have dropped out of the war Rob is fighting and proved himself by being valuable in conquering parts of the north without taking Winterfell. He went from 0 to 100 immediately and became a pushover for the other Ironborn, as seen in the scene with Rodrik

Mauro

Let’s go!

Marcos Paulo

Don't know if there's a paralel in english to something we say in Brazil "that's only defeat". That's what this show is all about at least until seasons 4/5. So just keep on bringing those great reactions and don't get your hopes too high. 😂

Marcos Paulo

Also don't worry about putting Enzo on the board, the man has no name.

Tygorgon

What We Do In The Shadows! I am so excited!

Laura Thornley

Technically Jon hasn't killed anyone yet (other then the Wight, who was, you know, already dead). The first time killing another person is supposed to be difficult, and changes you. He's still a boy in a brutal world.

GodUsopp

Ned would of 100 percent not killed theon, Like you said he is honorable, he doesnt punish sons for the sins of their fathers, its why he didnt want the targaryean children killed, he would of shipped Theon off to Essos with a rich family or something, i dont understand why you think he would of killed theon when everything in the show and book tells us otherwise when it comes to Ned

marmaladexx

I love the hound sm 😪

Richard Griffin

Asia and BJ did the reactions the best way imo, they watch the whole show with no edits and 2 episodes a video on patreon and for youtube they split into 2 videos and edited versions!

daeornight

The sole purpose of Theon being taken as a hostage was the threaten his father with his life in case Balon tried to do anything stupid. Indeed, Ned may not be the one to swing the sword by King Robert would do so without a second thought. He'd likely order Ned to hand over Theon by a royal decree and have Ser Ilyn Payne execute him. Having the constant threat of a sword above your head, no matter how well treated, would be bound to grow some resentment from Theon.

daeornight

As for Theon being a pushover, that is to be expected. He came home to a father who thinks him to be weak and a sister respected more than him as well. Wanting to desperately prove his worth, taking the seat of power for a kingdom would usually be a smart move, except for the fact it is in the middle of the North, so he is indeed quite stupid for that. As for Ser Rodrik, Theon could not afford to lose the little to no respect the Ironborn under him already had for him.

Richard Griffin

Wow dude you have some anger issues, i do sincerely hope you get healthier, really i do. I DID NOT attack anyone, BRIDGECO was suggesting watching another episode back to back and i was just pointing out how they do it, i was not blasting anyone take a closer look at my comment, so take a deep breathe my friend and enjoy. Well i guess i will leave this patreon, sorry BRIDGECO for removing money from your pocket uuurr wait that would be worm chasing me out and taking from your pocket.

Richard Griffin

To BRIDGECO, by no means was my comment meant at critisism towards you or your channel, i was just pointing out my favorite reactors (which we all have) way that i thoroughly enjoyed and i watch quit a few reactors, but only a very few do i join patreon too, so you can think of that as a compliment.

Ciara Armstrong

As a New Zealander I definitely vote for What We Do In The Shadows!! Also, I’m not sure there are any chill episodes of GOT from this point on 😬 Can’t wait for next episode.

Marcos Paulo

Jon is such an honorable man, he marry that girl just for that dry hump.

oekomaniac

I checked out the channel! Asia and BJ are really quite dumb! Even at the end of episode 5 they didn't get that Jaime and Cersei are siblings (twins) and they really believe that Tyrion and Jaime conspired to kill Bran!

oekomaniac

Oh yes, they also believe that Jaime killed Ned's father and is therefore called Kingsslayer! HaHaHa!

Carefree

lol i think they couldn't understand the english accents, they really should've used subtitles

Shawn

There aren't very many "tame" GOT episodes...and when there is, it usually means something bad is gonna happen shortly thereafter...

Duchessnikki

I felt like Asia and BJ rushed so they couldn't catch all the details.

Richard Griffin

While i agree with some of description of Asia and BJ my point was they are the only ones that i have come across in patreon that dont cut, blur out and watch full episodes and im paying for uncut, unblurred reactions, nothing worse than pay for something you can get free on youtube. BTW i like Bridgeco's reactions otherwise i wouldnt be here, imagine if Bridgeco on patreon had back to back episodes uncut they would be my number one.

SierraNicole

Bingeing this and it's literally my 30th time watching GOT and every single time, I am just overwhelmingly impressed with Alfie Allen's performance. HIs characterization is so thorough. Theon is so complex and Alfie makes him the most fully realized character in the whole show. Lot of characters have arcs with drastic turns but Theon feels like the same core person with the same intrinsic motivations through the whole show while undergoing arguably the biggest and most jarring transformations. And as a viewer, you go through being annoyed by him, to hating him, to pitying him, to loving him but through it all, you see the whole person. Idk...I'm not articulating it well. There's just a TRUTH to his character that really resonates and I will never not be in awe of his performance.

Erin Black

Here are some good things that happened this Episode: 1) Joffrey got hit with a cowpie. 2) Tyrion slapped Joffrey across the face like a Boss. 3) The Hound killed those men to save Sansa from being raped and murdered. 4) Jaqen H'ghar killed that dude right in front of Tywin, seconds after Arya asked him to. This was another great reaction, guys. Thank you. 🤠
