A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY'S REVENGE (1985) | EXTENDED REACTION

Yes, definitely do the third movie! It's a lot of people's favorite of the franchise. For me, it's a close second to the first movie. I enjoy Freddy's Revenge a lot, and it's much more appreciated now than it was at the time. There's a great documentary called 'Scream, Queen' about Mark Patton, who played Jesse, and how this movie and the response to it pretty much ruined his career.

I loved Scream, Queen. The second might be my favorite just because of all of the subtext, but the 3rd is either tied or right behind it.

Agree on the documentary. Was such a good watch. So sad how it ruined his career but I’m glad he got to speak his truth in the doc. I loved the 2nd one as a kid and now as an adult I know why my gay ass loved it. Haha

Joshua Rogers

I love how “not gay” this movie is lol.

Mauro

Can’t wait for the dream warriors reaction probably the best after the original and a new nightmare

PVaughn

This movie has so many quotes 😂

Chrissy

She always is, but Bridgette is looking super pretty in this video 🔥☀️ <~~~ hotter than the sun, see what I did there? I’ll shut up now…..great reaction guys! So cool to see you react to these after seeing Robert in Stranger Things

As a queer person myself, I just found it a little ridiculous that the actor basically submarined **his entire working career** over a character being written as (HEAVILY and sub textually) gay, when he was gay, himself, as a person irl. Granted, he was closeted but mostly everyone was back then - it was the 80s! Watching him weeping over this and being like 'why did you --?!' to the writer and it's like 'honey, you ARE GAY and so was the character, what are you freaking out over?!' Like - OOF. Whatever's going on in THAT poor man's psyche is the true horror of this story, imho.

In the middle of this one right now and its great lol. Just Patreoned and can't wait for more of these. At some point and time I think you guys should do some of Stephen Kings A and B Tier. Maybe the Shining Mini Series, might be a fun one. You can actually get the whole Shining mini Series off of Archive.org however it will be low quality lol.

Chance's House Of Horror

You both had me dying this reaction lol. I know 3 is "everyone's favorite" but 4 is my personal favorite and I can't wait to see what you guys think of it!

River Crestfallen

I would love to see you guys react to Tucker and Dale vs Evil. It's hilarious.
