Your Virgin engineer is googling the problem.

Mate, do you really think that I have not already done that?

On the brightside I am getting a new superhub on Wednesday, so gaming streams on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!

Also on the brightside you are going to be be getting a metric shit tonne of audios this week.

Sounds good

LMAO... imagine googling what you should know.

Hot Space Jazz

So your Virgin Engineer is a virgin engineer?

Crys

To be fair, I google things I should know fairly regularly. Song lyrics, pop culture references, and every insult I should've had a better answer for tend to crowd the important stuff out. 😅

Seneca

I take it you don't work in anything close to IT or software development.

Seneca

What a time to be having internet issues when everyone is being told to work from home, stay out of office and stores as much as possible.

Seneca

In other words, Yandere Coronavirus wants to love us to death audio when?

El Noah

ye, sry - I was generalizing - I've never seen any engineer using google tho - welp

ExtrovertED

Woo! Let the fan art musing commence! My art rig is ready

Jessie

Been there. Just moved and had to deal with an xfinity person who kept insisting that modems didn't need to be provisioned. Yay for a ton of audios once you're back up though.

Jessie

Honestly, being from the States, I briefly thought that was an audio title.

Or you're with Virgin... abandoned hope with them actually fixing a problem Years ago...

I completely gave up on relying on IT crews’ and engineers’ “professional opinion” years ago and did the research myself. Long story short, my experience with pc’s and internet went from 0-to-hero in the weeks I went deep into researching the stuff. Thanks, YouTube, for offering a bachelor-level education in computer engineering. If you continue to have trouble, I’ll offer what I know to help as much as I can. Keep doing what you do!
