Question about that last paragraph. If Dale ranks up, would his current invasion also be canceled? Logically it makes sense that it would keep going on, but the way it is phrased seems a bit ambiguous. I will admit though that it is nice knowing the exact mechanics about resetting.

Ongoing invasions wouldn't be cancelled. The army was still sent from a Rank 1 world, and have had no contact with the world since it was sent, so they are still considered a Rank 1 invasion
