Hey y'all, Austin again!

If you missed last night's Live at the Table episode, here it is. Also, if you'd rather an audio version of the ep, hang tight! We'll be adding an export of the stream's audio to the RSS feed later today!

Without giving too much away, just wanna say that Janine, Keith, and I had a blast with Downfall. The game's world creation led us to create the sort of world and characters we never could've imagined making up until the moment we did the damn thing. In the process, Downfall instantly became the sort of game I want to play with everyone on the cast and that I want to figure out how to sneak back into one of our larger campaigns. No promises there, buttttttt my mind wheels are turning.

Let us know what you thought about the ep in the comments here, in the discord, or on social media!

Live at the Table Episode 1: Downfall

Austin, Janine, and Keith play Caroline Hobbs' game of societal flaws, desperate heroics, and unavoidable collapse.

I got to listen to part of it live, and it sounded extremely promising. Also, I want to play it pretty, like, now.

Thanks so much for archiving this!! I'm looking forward to watching it!

It's a really cool game, good for creating a world to set a campaign in.

This is maybe asking way too much, but I'd love if these oneshots could maybe end with a quick most-mortem sort of thing on the game? Like, just a super quick 'this was cool about this game' or 'this could have been better' or something. Obviously not looking a full review or anything, and I can see it being tough having just played for 3+ hours. Sorry if I'm coming off as ungrateful, this was great and I loved it and look forward to more!
