All the other tips VODs tell me they're for Hacker level people. Usually at $5 I just get the edited audio. This seems like it was mistakenly opened to lower tiers

normally i just get the audio edit of tips, and all the old videos still say they're just for hacker-tier patrons... unless the rules changed i think this was a mistake
