I've always wanted a superhero called the Mantis Shrimp, who had full spectrum vision and supercavitating punches. Probably somebody somewhere has done art of that, at least.

The timing of this being posted is funny, I just finished a lab on Artemia salina, a species of brine shrimp! Tiny, and extremely useful in toxicity testing.
