New format is here! Been wanting to create pred profiles and details like species names and such for awhile now and we can start seeing just that with this new "Food Drive" system. So what is the food drive system? Hopefully something fun and a bit more engaging with those interested in participating. Lets break it down.

Hungry Aliens

Periodically we will see new pred alien tickets from the galactic Federation food drive. They are hungry and open for prey submissions from the public (that's you guys). You might want to see your OC get eaten or create a new one to submit. Either way your submissions will effect the pred's overall satisfaction and prompt a response based off their stats. Your submission is not limited to or obligated to align with their stats. Ultimately the goal is to make sure they eat and are properly fed. Here is a look at the first pair of tickets that need fulfilment below.

It takes two to tango

The new food drive system is essentially a YCH (your character here) format with a sci fi twist. Taking place in the federationverse, (a setting where society functions on a galactic scale and strange laws that allow alien species to intermingle via food chain hierarchies) the food drive selects two hungry pred species complete with stats and preferences to open and accept submissions from prey species(the tickets above). A run down of the current prey species options are below. More species will be added in the future but for the sake of relative ease as we give this a whirl we will work with the current breakdown.

But what about my OC? I thought this was a YCH

yes, and this where the fun twist comes in. Say you have a fantasy barbarian warrior OC you'd like to feed to one of the preds. Well Fantasy and warriors are fine and all but this is the federationverse, a futuristic sci-fi setting. This is where I work with the OC owner to reincarnate their OC into this universe as if they hopped over to this timeline. We preserve the OC's likeness but now we emerge into this universe with a sort of federation makeover if you will. You get to choose her new occupation, species, and appearance. Your fantasy barbarian could easily translate into an entertaining Hozari ring fighter or a human legion super hero or maybe just a ruff and tough T'ylon office worker. The possibilities are endless and this way you can bring your character and have them take part in this absurd and insatiable universe.

Great! How do I submit and what does the final product look like?

before submissions take place the prey slots will go for auction for a period of time. Prey slots start at $100 and your not required to actually have an OC if you just want to use your slot to create one using the existing species above. Having an OC redesigned into the federationverse is part of the unique ych experience I'd like to provide, but again not required if you don't have one or don't want to use one. The format will look like this.

As you can see it's very similar to the base commission format or even the Schoolgrillz layouts. The panels are not limited to this design and layout as each pred will have their own swallowing technique and quirks but overall you can expect the flow to go somewhat like this

-A shot of the Pred with the prey settled inside. This is also where the pred will have a unique response to the prey that reflect his stats.

Note that some of these panels can be split into more than one panel depending on the flow of the comic. This is just a general outline.

The actual bidding will require you to offer your bid starting at $100 in the comments of the desired pred ticket. You can choose the pred you want to eat your OC via comment section of each individual ticket(they will be posted separately). The bids will open shortly after this post is live and will go from 8/2/26-8/4/26 and will close at midnight Mountain daylight time (MDT). Do not bid in this comment section. I will post each ticket for bidding on My X account and ekas as Patreon and Substar prohibit live auctions. So keep an eye out for those platforms.
