Quick Update (Patreon)

So, I sound a bit like a broken record, but this time is for real--chapter releases will slow quite a bit. There are several reasons, which I will quickly go over:

First, finals. It's the last couple weeks of the semester, and my two college classes have finals coming up soon.

Second, it's my final month at my day job. I've worked there for nearly a decade, and there are quite a few coworkers that I actually like. Good people. So, I want to put my best foot forward this month, even if that foot is stepping toward the exit.

Thirdly, I left a lot of stuff unwritten in the next three chapters, so it'll take a while to fill in the blanks and tie it all together. Worse, there's not a single word written after the next three chapters, meaning everything from then on will take far longer to get out.

And lastly, Volume 3 releases January 1, 2022. So, during this last month, I'll need to do all the final touches and the formatting for the eBook and paperback versions.

That said, I do want to get the final chapter for Volume 4 up before the end of the year. Mostly because I plan to take a little vacation after my last day at my 9-5, which is actually January 3. Anyway, it'll probably be 1 or 2 chapters a week, rather than 1 or 2 chapters a day from here on out!
