Great chapter! Seeing a few similarities between this and your DD series, with the mana/affinity channels. The logic of it makes a lot of sense and I'm enjoying seeing how a player can be better at what they do based on how much thought they put into it. I do hope that CC and DD aren't connected universes though, I would personally prefer if Cal and CAL aren't the same being ^_^;;
