No Joe, not blinking winking. If you had a bard I would say he had successfully seduced the cavern but since that isn't the case it's probably going to do something very un-mine-like

So juvenile rock monster is less of a teenager, and more of a toddler then?

yBoogie

Missing word, perhaps? “If Joe’s estimation was correct, they could explore the entire mine in an hour at a normal walking pace [if] they weren’t sneaking.”

Michael Junker

I got a good chuckle out of the exoskeletons line. That's some interesting math going on with the progress bar. If it's actually based on number of creatures killed, then there couldn't have been thousands of scorbies and the jump from 98% to 99.5% for killing one of the last two creatures is...odd. Is it possible that the rock monster and the mine are made up of multiple creatures?

DakotaKrout

It’s actually based on challenge rating. Lots of scorbies, poisonous, but easy to kill. Rock monster: tough, dangerous, hard to kill. Last monster... you’ll see. 😉

1.5% for the rock-toddler? Hm then the mine is a rather defenseless spawner? I'm intrigued. I found one typo, here you go: "The abrupt lack of sound was more unnerving tha[n] the cries of pain had been."

I am reading through the chapters for CC2 right now, so I clicked the CC2 tag so I would only see posts for the chapters. But this one is not tagged for CC2, so it does not show up in that list.

I believe there to be a small typo in the line " Thought they rolled fairly easily," As it should be Though not Thought

Reed Collins

"All of this added up to needing to a" possibly a missing word here or an extra word
