Updated help menu preview (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

I've taken a little time to update the functionality of the help menu. Now it's broken up into different sections, with the addition of max stat requirements for upcoming housemate scenes, and a new random event section for tracking your progress with those smaller random events you can encounter. Have a look at the linked gif for a little demonstration.

Eventually I'd like to update the visuals to make it look nicer, but that would fall under the "updated UI" update that will come at some point in the future.

With that, I think I've got everything done for this update that I wanted. I'll need a few days to bugtest, but assuming that all goes well it should go up for early access later this week!
