Great movie to react to! Love it when you have 3 reactors reacting

Jonathan Raban

75% of the reaction was miserable.... the guy (sorry, I don't know the names) clearly seen it before, and announced many things before they happens.... he talked waaaaaaaay too much :( like, the all Evey in prison thing  ? right from the start of the sequence… : « I guess it’s him using a different voice », « we don’t see the face, I guess that’s him » …. what the waste of a reveal for one of them :( (and for one of the most powerful sequence of the movie, she watched it knowing what was happening..... not cool, man).... 1 sec of the Bishop screen time "the guy have particularly taste".... and many more moments, that I don't recall right know … good thing I already knew the movie, coz I would be pissed otherwise - I HATE spoilers I like the channel in general, but this wachalong was not enjoyable at all :(

If you want to watch a good film version of The Count of Monte Cristo, watch the 2002 version. The production design in this film is phenomenal. It has a great cast as well. Stars Jim Caviezel, Guy Pearce, Richard Harris, Luis Guzman, and Henry Cavill

I know that maybe this is just spiteful on my part, and I'm sorry for that, but I just joined here at the highest tier in the hopes that maybe, just maybe it might get a little more attention when saying that it really hurts the reaction having Michael spoil so much of this for the other reactors who either haven't seen the movie or have a very fuzzy memory of the movie. I suspect a lot of people watch these reactions so that they can get the joy of seeing someone's true reaction as the pieces all fall together and the beauty of the plot reveals itself. To have that ruined for the reactors and for those that want to see their surprise when they get to realize what's really happening... it's a shame.

Too much melodrama and pouting about this reaction here and on YouTube. Which is another reason why I think this channel (and others) should have a rewatch reaction portion to it (for which Michael and Achara would be perfect) It would be great to have rewatch reactions as live streams on maybe Discord

John Hurt was such an amazing actor. Who knew that he could be such an a**hole as Chancellor Sutler, and then go on to play the lovable Olivander? :)
