Fun fact, Nick and Christina dated for two years after meeting on love don’t cost a thing. Their chemistry was so good and that kiss pretty must sealed it.

I saw that there was an old post about a discord. Whatever happened to that? Movie Recs would be so much easier to send.

Any recommendations on how to do the watchalongs?? That 321 thing is never right for me and I somehow always get off track.

I tend to let the cinepals opening play a couple seconds so I can see a visual, then pause. Then I will play on my tv or computer until my own copy catches up. I'm a visual person so it's easier for me to see when i need to un-pause their reaction. I hope that helps! :-)

Thank you for responding. I’ve been trying to do it side-by-side on my computer, but it somehow always gets messed up for me. I’m gonna have to give this a try.

Updated Black Cinema Request List: 1. Beyond The Lights 2. Paid in full 3. Booty Call 4. Belly 5. How to Be A Player 6. Woo 7. Trippin' (Maybe hard to find) 8. No Good Deed In any order☺ If you watch one of these movies and don't enjoy it, I won't ask y'all to watch anymore. I've been asking and waiting for a while now because many of the black cinema films recommended to you all aren't really regarded as staples, such as "Love Don't Cost A Thing" and others. While I agree those movies should make the watchlist at some point...just not before so many other films that are actually good. Y'all have watched a lot that are staples like The Best Man movies, The Wood, Tyler Perry movies, Love & Basketball, etc., and there are so many more, even more than this list, such as Dead Presidents and Sugar Hill, etc.
