I really loved to this episode for a few reasons. 1. It definitely showed Regine's growth as a character. She's more interested in finding meaning and fulfillment to her life. Also finding her own way to succeeded. Back in season 2 when she was at the self-help seminar, the host said that she was an ''Olympian'' because she wanted the gold but she wanted a man to run her way for her. But you see her start to change in the episode where she admitted that she liked being a grunt as the wardrobe person. And I like how they didn't plan to the expectation that she would be jealous or unsupportive of her friend Darrell. 2. Even though Max was really mean for kicking Regine when she was down, she was ready to throw hands for her girl when she almost got into a fight. Go back and look at the scene when Regine says, "Let's take it outside!" Max has her back with her dukes up saying, "Come on!"
