you dont have to be a physical threat to be an emotional and professional threat....and smaller people can do plenty of physical harm. ive been assaulted by children for walking while gay. im left with a permanent head injury because a 12 year old (who has "no physical threat") picked up a rock and threw it. size doesnt matter when you can use weapons or martial arts. it also doesnt matter when you are a man dealing with a woman or an adult dealing with a kid because the cops will always say the same stupid thing jaby saying "well you are bigger so you could have defended yourself against them" but if i do defend myself now im a man beating a woman/kid. we cant win! thats why i dont go outside!

ive never had a byron, dwayne, whitley situation, praise the gods and i hope i never do. messy. i'd like to think i would be understanding but i would need time and to talk: to my partner AND my therapist. if its a one off meaningless thing and the person isnt in my life? no need to tell. but since wayne ane whitley are in each other's orbits: have to tell. my guilt would eat at me otherwise

I think ya'll should consider giving The Cosby Show a watch. A Different World contributed to a substantial rise in HBCU attendance in the 90s, and The Cosby Show showcased black family life in a way that wasn't previously illustrated in media. I know Bill's legacy has definitely been tarnished, but the legacy of the show is still worth exploring in my opinion.
