No way for whitley would catch on when she wasnt in the room when the lady was talking about the animals. She came dressed to impress based on her knowledge and byron clearly didnt tell her "dont wear animals"

season 6 is my favorite season so i cant wait. some (to me) iconic quotes that i use til today. just like season five is my intro to jada, season 6 is my intro to an actress very near and dear to my heart (and to my eccentric personality). love this season as well but six stands out to me more because i was a teen in the 90s not the 80s so i related to the students (jada, gina, redacted) more so than to the elder established characters.

For me this was the best season. I really liked the ending. When I first saw it I was like how in the world are they going to get together. In my opinion, that was good Dwayne had to go there and he almost lost Whitley. Anyway, I remember my friends and I were watching and we started screaming when Dwayne said will you and someone says “blessed are those who ask the question brother “. It was a great moment and I loved it!

I wanted to say when you Micheal were saying Douglas was an up standing guy and all that, he is but Whitley doesn’t love him! This is just my opinion, it’s better to mess up the wedding than mess up your life. It’s the marriage that counts in the end.

Fun fact, Kadeem (who played Dwayne) panicked and completely forgot his lines during the wedding scene😭 that “ baby please” was improvised and a cry for help from Jasmine guy to continue her line cause he forgot his line, she understood and kept going so the screams from the live audience was everything and made it 10x better. My favorite episode 😆, love my Whitley and Dwayne 🥰

I always wondered since Cree Summers and Kadeem Hardison were boyfriend and girlfriend in real life during the show and Cree and Jasmine were best friends in real life during the show, did that ever get awkward on set.

The wedding was my all time favorite episode of any tv show. Very near and dear to my heart. Dwayne not speaking up when the question was asked was perfect because he needed to hang back and see what Whitely wanted. He needed the clue and speaking up too soon would have bulldozed over her self-realization.
