I dont understand the hate for this movie... Lets be honest, none of them are Shakespear. Number one is great because it is the first and unique. The fact is its a fun franchise with different levels of script. 2 is comic garbage, but fun. AVP2 is a terrible script, no development and probably the worst. Preditors was excellent and only trumped by 1 because 1 was the first. I believe this one was up there with 1, and Predators. I think the dialogue, characters and even evolving Predator lore was great. Were you entertained? Is the main question I always apply. I think its implied Nebraska has lung cancer. When an alien ship takes off with a genetically altered predator and 3 soldiers jump on... can you really seriously ask about grip strength LOL. Fun ride guys. FYI due to Ridley Scotts prequels the Alien vs. Predator (AvP) movies are not part of the official core canon or timeline for either the Predator or Alien. They are 3 separate Timeline/canons.

I know I just wrote a big comment, but some extra here... Predator, Alien, Blade Runner, and Soldier are connected through a mix of official easter eggs, shared creative minds, and fan theories, though they are not all officially recognized as a single canon by the studio rights holders.
