The line where he confronts her and says hes going to the cops with the manuscript makes me believe the letter was a lie to cover the truth. Youre nitpicking stupid things. Why was it in that house... Possably the feel of isolation. Where was she going, does it matter to the story. They seemed to do a lot alone. If you believe the manuscript it wasnt an accident she wrote she was going to drive into a tree. Doctors would have found drugs in her at hospital and didnt. Him pressing the padal of the car to crash it and letting go could never build momentum to hurt her that bad. Him strangling her at first seems visceral. Asking about the bean flick fantasy is just showing her state of mind obsessed with Verity... All that said, I like your watch alongs, just wasnt on board with your take.

i feel like the ending "twist" really shouldnt change anything for loen, or the watcher. she watched him try to strangle her to death bc he found out verity killed their daughter. and yet she helped him do it. he did the same exact thing in the letter verity wrote, except loen didnt have to assist. so hes the same person she chose from the beginning.
