In the movie, Madhuri Dixit's sister is getting married to Salman Khan's brother. This is the sangeet function (more like a wedding shower for the bride) with only women allowed to attend. Hence the three men are hiding in the kitchen and trying to watch. And I presume you understood the rest with the help of the subtitles!

its a hindu marriage function or like a music function which comes one or two days before the wedding where only ladies can participate and dance or sing. Men usually aren't allowed.

It was the baby shower for the lady in yellow (fun fact: she played the guy's mom in WTF season 2 that you recently watched). Madhuri is her sister, Salman is her husband's brother. Salman plays a carefree, fun and flirty guy who falls for Madhuri. In the song, the boys want to watch what happens at a women only party so they are all peeking in while the women are doing a skit on him. It's a fun movie if you want to watch. This ceremony is for the woman getting married or having a baby to cheer her up. The men are generally not allowed because there is cross-dressing & the fun gets bawdy. This makes them want to sneakily watch it. If a boy is caught sneeking, he is embarrassed no end!

Well, basically, Madhuri and the girl who is dressed as Salman are making fun out of Salman, by calling him crazy in a sense, as he's a bit of a flirt. The song translates to 'Sister, your brother-in-law is crazy!" Salman's brother is married to Madhuri's sister in this movie and obviously they fall in love - and Madhuri's sister in the movie is expecting a child (that's why there was a lot of baby mention lol) and they hosted a girls party which is what the three men were spying on. Another great song from this movie is joote do paise lo ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8TrjD08r5k ) - which is one of the wedding traditions that the boys side and the girls side play; it involves stealing the grooms shoes and getting money from him to get it back - the boys side try to protect the shoes, where as the girls side try to get them. It's essentially where Madhuri and Salman's character have a lot of banter and flirtatious rivalry

This song is so cringeworthy to watch, specially with Salman wearing that lady uniform. And then overacting of all the actors at its peak. Movies like these were being made at the time and that’s when Hollywood started to make a niche in Indian market, which has been growing ever since.
