This is great, but I want a paper copy! However living in the UK, when I click the amazon.com link, I'm told it can't be sent to the UK and it's not available from Amazon UK and my local bookshop isn't able to find it to order it in! Not sure if this is just me being a muppet but has anyone in the UK had any more luck ordering it than I did?
