Released side project: Hjalmar Manor (collaboration) (Patreon)

Hjalmar Manor is a new settlement between Riverwood and Whiterun featuring a huge purchaseable player home that is packed with lavish furnishings.

The location, exteriors and interiors included, has been made by the mod author Temryuu.

I collaborated with Temryuu in order to add NPCs to the location. I have added many NPCs, all of them with realistic AI schedules and two of which have custom dialogue done through ElevenLabs.

I did the dialogue that allows the player character to purchase the house, as well as hiring private guards.

My plan is to make an add-on to Hjalmar Manor adding custom voiced, romanceable maid NPCs to Hjalmar Manor. I felt like the basic NPCs were a necessary step before that would make sense.

These maid NPCs are intended to work similarly to the NPCs from Summon Dremora Mistress, featuring many possibilities of starting 3P+ scenes within the manor. In other words, an immersive maid harem!
