Is there a word to describe when characters abruptly shift over to being drawn with a chibi artstyle like this in an anime? Seems to mainly be done for comedic purposes during humerous moments. Feels like it happens enought for it to have a technical term.

This feels like those joke pages I remember from some of your old sequences like the princess corruption one.

Hahaha was not expecting this! An amusing surprise. Any plans for a more traditional final page? Maybe a fully body shot showing off the boss with an arm on her new underling's shoulder, saying "I'm sure it all seems overwhelming, but don't worry. I'm sure you're up to the task!"
