[Quiver] Item - Booming Bolt (Patreon)

Another simple ammunition with an idea that could be applied to other spells - the capability to apply a shorter-ranged spell to a longer range. This idea can be found with the Dead Bolt as well. Instead of scrolls, why not try giving your players some items in the form of ammunition?
