Only those who still believe know of this weapon's existence. Rumors in corners of the underworld and fledgling empires in the outer rims tell of an ancient weapon that can destroy the sun. Who would ever create such a thing?

This is (probably) the only Artifact-level item I'll include in this compendium. This bow is based on the Chinese myth in which an archer was tasked with shooting down 9 of 10 suns. The bow's kit therefore includes ways to create darkness, harness the sun, and destroying sources of light. As for where it might fit in the setting and lore ... perhaps this is related to the same race of ancients that were able to miniaturize the sun ...

For real, I'd say this bow allows you to access/find an interstellar superweapon that can destroy stars (suns). Dang, these are great ideas for the setting/lore.
