[Rings] Item - Ring of Recoil (Patreon)

The patrons have voted and March's theme is Rings of Power (don't forget to vote! They get posted on the 3rd Monday of each month). I have some very interesting interpretations of these rings, but the crowning piece of this month's theme will be the eponymous Ten Rings of Power. You'll just have to wait to find out what they are and what sort of lore is behind them...

This item borrows from an old Runescape item that lets you deal damage to your attackers. It's quite useful against hard-hitting enemies, as it goes straight through to damage without worrying about saves of AC. The stronger the enemy is, or the more the enemy attacks, the more damage you can deal back to it. Be careful though, because after a certain level, your enemies will just deal so much damage that it could activate quite often.
