[Sands] Item - Whip of Osket (Patreon)

You don't see a lot of whips in these games, so I really wanted to try making one. To offset the low damage die, you deal extra damage when you poison a creature, which you can spend charges to do. This is the most offense-oriented item of the four, perfect for a Dexterity-based player.

Osket is the final god in the Setasi Desert's primary pantheon. She's the god of dusk, transitions, and secrets. Each of the four gods also represent a different aspect of the sun/night cycle: dusk, dawn, day, night. The change between day and night is just as significant.
