[Sands] Item - Sand-Wich (Patreon)

Visitors to the Setasi Desert will usually enjoy this snack for its flavor and unpredictable effects.

If there's a pun to make for a desert-themed item, this is it: puns within puns. I especially like Ampersand, which is the & symbol and appropriately allows you to reroll on the table for multiple effects! Let's hope you get lucky and not take necrotic damage.

The sandwich design itself is based on middle-eastern/Greek snacks like the hawashi or gyro. Quite appropriate for the desert setting.
