Four new spells for your stonewarden, dwarf, or other stone-related character. One of them allows you to speak with stones at extremely limited capacity to learn information, which is a great alternative to speak with plants.

Crystallize, like most 2nd-level spells, is primarily a utility spell. It allows you trap your enemies if they were to escape. You get the option to trade off damage to  increase the effective area, which is helpful if all you need to is to stop someone from escaping.

Aftershock is nice damage and terrain modification spell, primarily for crowd control. Its most effective use is to prevent enemies from reaching melee distance to you, as they must now contend with difficult terrain and a constant push away from you.

Tectonic Fracture is an incredible 9th-level utility spell. It's only slightly similar to earthquake, where it creates only a single fissure over the course of 10 minutes. What it doesn't do in combat, it makes up for in reshaping entire landscapes, allowing you to crack open a dungeon, split apart a city, dig deep into the depths of a tunnel, and more.
