[Cook] Item - Wand of Spatulus (Patreon)

This spatula (wand) uses a charge-based evolution system to slowly grow in power as you continue to play. We first saw this system with the Oathean cloak and blade from April's compendium. In this case, the spatula's level up is more open to GM fiat (similar to the Vestiges of Divergence).

In terms of overall rarity, it easily ranges from uncommon to legendary, so a player can use this wand from Level 3 to Level 20. The maximum charges also determines which spells you can cast, as some of them are gated behind their charges cost. The final 6th-level spell blade barrier (which I'd imagine is a flock of spinning chef knives) is designed to still allow a cast of fireball when the charges are maxed.
