This armor constantly sheds lightly obscured mist in a 5-foot radius sphere centered on itself. While attuned to this armor, you can are unaffected by the lightly obscured condition caused by this mist. If the environment you’re in is also physically lightly obscured, such as a morning fog or sparse foliage (but not dim light), the armor’s mist becomes heavily obscured to creatures more than 60 feet from the mist. 

Misty Step. This armor has 3 charges and regains expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing this armor, you can use a bonus action to expend a charge and cast misty step.
