DREAMSCAPE DECANTERWondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

The residue of a dream coalesces inside this decanter in liquid form. When agitated, it bubbles and twinkles with prismatic dreamlight. Some oracles believe it is possible to divine the meaning of a collected ream based on its coloration.

The decanter holds 3 ounces of liquid dream. It regains 1 ounce of liquid whenever you finish a long rest, by capturing some of your dreams. If a creature that is not attuned to the decanter drinks from it, it immediately falls under the effects of a sleep spell. The spell's level equals 5 times the number of ounces the creature consumed.

Dream Stopper. While attuned to this decanter, you have advantage on saving throws made to resist being magically put to sleep.

Dream Catcher. If you are targeted by the dream spell, you can immediately choose to end the spell early by capturing it in this decanter. Then the decanter regains 1 ounce of liquid.

Dream Sphere. As an action, you can drink an ounce of liquid from this decanter to cast dream sphere.
