Radioactive material inside this pistol causes it to glow a pale blue. Though no correlation has been established between radioactivity and its effects on bodies, PressTech Industries recommends users store this weapon in back holsters over hip holsters.

Gamma Pinnacle X-2Weapon (hand railbow/hand crossbow), rare (requires attunement)

Auto-Pistol. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls you make with this magic weapon. If you are proficient with this weapon, you can ignore its Loading property. 

Radioactive Shot. This weapon deals necrotic damage instead of normal piercing damage. 

Nuclear Razor. You can make special attacks with this weapon by overloading its gamma core. As an action, you can release its radioactive energy in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 2d8 necrotic damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. A creature that fails this save by 10 or more is also poisoned for 10 minutes. Once this property is used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn. 

Arcane Battery. This weapon is powered by an arcane battery, which you can magically charge while you are attuned. Whenever you reload this weapon, you can expend a spell slot of any level to reload it instead of physically reloading the battery.
