[Coast] Item - Guardian Whistle (Patreon)

Life guardians of the Seren Beach each wear a mundane whistle around their necks for danger, but senior guardians enchant theirs with a simple charm for greater wardship, for every second counts when a victim is drowning.

Guardian WhistleWondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

A sculpted piece of wood is embedded into this nautilus shell, sounding a whistle that can be heard up to 100 feet away. While you wear this whistle on your body, you can use a bonus action to blow it and move up to your speed directly towards an ally that is either suffocating or does not have all their hit points.
