shouldn't take to long to recover in past when he used all each time always took 3 days to recover. this time he used a lot but not all so might take like 1 day

Unique skills can't affect anyone with an Ultimate skill so it wouldn't work on Rimuru but Masayuki still the goat so it's okay. Also Shion has always been stronger than Soei the only Ogre stronger than her is Beni, Shuna said so in an earlier episode

Its natural the Tempest crew would be a bit at odds with Mjöllmile at that point tho, considering how humans treated them recently (Falmuth) :p Also Rimuru has known Mjöllmile the longest, so would make sense he is closer. Regardless how strong Diablo is.
