Also about the finger theory, they were just in order of when they were born, Ichika, then Nino, Miku is in the middle, Yotsuba on the 4th finger, and Itsuki last.

Fun fact: the quintuplets were originally all voiced by Ayane Sakura in a manga promo. When the anime went into production, she retained the role of Yotsuba while the other sisters were recast. In the scene where Futaro identifies the sisters incorrectly, Yotsuba's outfit is actually a dead giveaway for Japanese audience, as the number 428 can be read as her name per a form of wordplay called "Goroawase" (which utilizes various readings of numbers in the Japanese language). You can see Yotsuba holding up her shirt with a "How did he miss that?!" expression on her face.
