Peak ending. Glad it ended on such a high note

If the middle episodes had never happened I would have rated this season at least as a 9. But including them I can't go higher than an 8. Don't get me wrong, I will definitely watch season 2 when it airs, (probably 2027 at the earliest), but it could have been better. I almost stopped watching it after the E-Soul arc, but it was worth finishing.
