Michael

Jesus is the King of Kings, Gil is the King of Heroes, Saber is the King of Knights, and Iskandar is the King of Conquerors.

Yeah, jester in terms of power is significantly weaker than the level of heroic spirits, what he was talking about is just a quality of dead apostles where they deny human history and so cannot be harmed by most human made weapons, including noble phantasms (Ones made by humans). Of corse most servants have ways around this compatibility problem. One way is obviously to use things not made by human hand, e.g. exalter could hurt easily him but 60% of the weapons in Gil's vault couldn't. There also exist dead apostles on the level of servants but this show will only briefly skim them.

Whenever I watch Fate, I end up with a bunch of new questions. That’s part of why it’s so interesting.

My guess is that Saber is Richard the Lionheart. Naming Arthur makes me believe he must be an English king and the lion-roar when he fired his beam is also a pretty good indicator. Also the way he talks about repaying them is pretty similar to how the real life Lionheart handled money. The guy got captured and held for ransom on his way back from the crusades in the HRE . A kings ransom was an enormous sum of money and basically bankrupted the kingdom. If I remember correctly, it was around two years worth of the kingdoms annual income and everybody, nobility included, was forced to help pay for it.

Jesus? I’m pretty sure it’s Ozymandias.

Michael

I forgot about him, I’m just too used Jesus being the king of kings in real life.

The Assassin doesn't wear a mask because, strictly speaking, she's not a Hassan. To become a Hassan one has to perform a miracle, that is, CREATE a Zabaniya. In the LN this whole explanation was done by a narrator so I understand why it was cut from the anime. There are 18 Hassan in Fate, this Assassin is not one of them. Executioners specialize in hunting Dead Apostles so Kirei would likely curbstomp Jester. Also funny you mentioned Ayaka's Command Spells being used to summon Heroic Spirits because that was an ability the player would have had in the game Fate/States night that was an April Fool's joke Narita created in 2009 which later turned into Fate/Strange Fake in 2015 and is also the reason Strange Fake takes place in 2009

Caw just has a thing for the priests in this franchise

It’s been a while since I read it, but I’m pretty sure they explain a bit more on assassin after she gets transported. So they might not have cut it.
