Benno doesn't have the money either. Magic tools are restricted to nobility and are rarely found in circles commoners can even purchase. Those that do make it to commoner circles are generally already broken and barely work. Benno would not be able to provide the income long-term. Neither would the guildmaster. Mynes mana is immense, and the types of magical items the guildmaster could obtain would not indefinitely stall Myne's death, and are only temporary measures.

Fun fact, there is no "new Myne" nor "original Myne". There was only one soul——just the original Myne with memories of that Japanese girl. And it starts from the very beginning, way before the age 5. Her family noticed her saying things about modern Japan since she can talk, but they love Myne so much that they decided to raise her up no matter how strange and fragile she is. Myne didn’t finish digesting and absorbing all those memories until she was 5. After the moment she fully absorbed those memories, she started to identify herself as the "new Myne". So in Myne’s family’s view, Myne’s strangeness is continuous, while in Myne herself and Lutz’s view, a new Myne suddenly appears.

QwQmiao is correct. There was an author explanation of Myne's reincarnation process. It's not necessarily a spoiler, since it is not actually explained in the story. Though there are some things not contained in the anime that help lead to the author's explanation (I will not mention those0. Think of it as, both were a part of Myne since birth, but at 5 Myne's personality was of a child and too weak to resist the fever. So Urano took over, thus their memories were fully awakened. It's why in the beginning you actually hear Myne talking before Urano took over. She still has some aspects of Mynes personality, but Urano is the dominant part of one individual soul. It is one continuous existence. Sometimes Mynes personality breaks through, and that is why Urano can become quite childish.
