Kiryuin's soundtreck somehow reminds me of the one in High school dxd when Rias appears same va too

In the LN, they talk about how ibuki was resting and trying to get her heart rate down because her warning alert sounded. The anime definitely made it more comedic, but it still holds to the same format of that scene, during the first half it is a genuine moment of ayanokoji reaching out to help her, she was actually in a really bad spot and he legit saved her from expulsion or worse. The second half of that scene is ibuki being ibuki. She gets a lot more time in the LN, and by this point we realize just how stubborn and obtuse she is (this isn’t the first time she’s challenged Horikita, they’ve had a thing since the first island exam). She a great character who talks about how much she hates ayanokoji, then finds her self trapped with him (she challenges him and they get locked in a storage room, then later they go to get their fortunes read (together because S.O.L. Comedy), and wind up getting trapped in an elevator) Ibuki is hands down one of the best characters and they’ve done her dirty in the anime (“HORIKITA! I challenge you to a showdown!”)

Can’t agree more with you. One of my fav characters in the LN

The starfish jump was a bit goofy last episode but honestly 200% improvement on everything from peak story to fight scenes. loving it

Ishizaki is my favourite, he’s just a golden retriever and it’s great.
