The type95 is mentioned to have provide a certain level of euphoric high. Hence why Tanya said she should check herself for mental corruption due to overuse for the past 1 month when she trained her soldiers.

Entente Aliance is a fictional country (the anime version of Norway and Sweden united into one nation) not the military alliance against Germany from regilar history

Its like a top 500 players having a match against bronze fodder

Idk how correct it is, but Tanya's kid voice was because she spoke in another language, which normally makes you use a higher pitch voice since you aren't confident, so the reason she gave those looks was because she was offended they thought she was acting.

It’s not that, it’s corruption from being X, her memories are foggy from that

The soldiers refused to drop out of the training, because, at that point, they were more scared of Tanya than death. To them, they just watched a dead man come back to life, because the Heimlich maneuver wasn't invented yet. They just thought that "We can't even escape this demon through death". Tanya, however, despite putting them through all this hellish training, hoping they'd drop out, didn't want anyone to die, because it would make her look bad. Unwittingly, she made them so afraid of her, that they didn't dare drop out. Dakia, just like Romania in WW1, smelled blood in the water and thought they could easily conquer a territory or two. Romania was marginally more competent in WW1 but the result was pretty much the same. In this battle Dakia put on a masterclass of what what not to do in modern warfare by combining the 2 biggest blunders committed by France and Russia in the actual WW1. France thought that marching across the battlefield in bright uniforms was not going to cause any problems. It did cause problems, quite a lot of them, in fact. Around 90k dead in 1 day amount of problems. After that no one dared wear bright uniforms to battle. Russia blundered by not encrypting their communications, which got them surrounded and wiped out. Russia quickly learned to encrypt their communications going forward. France and Russia can be forgiven their blunder to some extent as it happened right at the start of the war, not months in, like with Dakia in this episode. Also, Tanya tried to warn the factory in earnest, however, she doesn't speak Dakian very well so had to use her normal voice, which is a high pitched girly voice. Probably explains the subtitles saying "Instructor", instead of "Attention". Tanya just misspoke.

When talking about a legacy…the term…To be forgotten is worse then death…comes to my mind.

2026-09-07 01:00 For the countries it's like this Empire = Germany (flying gear = boots) Republic = France (flying gear = horses) Entente Alliance = Norway, Sweden, Finland (flying gear = skiis) Dakia = Austria (people are saying romania, so i'll just say it's a mixup of either Austria, Hungary, Romania) Allied Kingdom = UK Russy Federation = Russia Unified States = United States The only real life major nations I've yet to see involved I guess would be Canada, Italy, Japan. But the last two might be WW2 only? And they'd be allies of Germany if they use bits of WW2 history in this, still not sure if it's purely based on WW1 or a mix of both wars in one, but anyway... Also curious if the author will include any nations allied with the empire, or if it will just be empire vs everyone lol... Let me know if I'm missing any important nations, I'm not much of a history person myself.

For the "you follow the book too much" she's just referring his battle strategy not being flexible based on the situation. he should be able to make the judgement that his caution was unnecessary in both cases, with the retreat and the "surprise attack" stuff. But for wartime law, Tanya does her best not to break them while simultaneously committing war crimes and it's great lmao...
