Some facts as a German ^^ What they eat wasn’t spaghetti but Sauerkraut ( fermented cabbage) this together with sausage is a legit German meal. The V stands for Vergeltung ( Retribution) The V-1 and V 2 were rocket bombs Germany send to England to terrorize the civilians and with that move the government to surrender. Development of those rockets where done by Von Braun who later would work for NASA and build their rockets

The Italian Red Devil was a hand grenade in WW2. It didn't use a fuse and instead exploded on impact, and often exploded early or not at all. Unexplored grenades would lay around and later exploded for little or no reason. They were painted bright red, and their finicky explosive nature led to their name.

during the world war 1 England and France had a large part of the world as collonies with Germany ang Italy having parts of Africa too so just having them paricipate in a war against eachother means multiple continents clash with each other and ww2 was on a much larger scale because other fronts opened up like in the far Eastern Asia (with Japan at its center)

About the v1 vs the existing plane tech that you were wondering about, just think about the difference between rocket engines and propellor planes. It’s a completely different mechanism of propulsion, completely different capacity for power, etc. imo it’s like the difference between bow and arrows and firearms

When it comes to the topic of education in history..it’s pretty specific how you use the knowledge…the info stays in its own bubble. That information you won’t use every day if at all…It’s mostly helps in things within the political sphere and law degrees.
