Its a little unsettling hearing North Kai's VA. Everyone online is shitting on it, but the VA (now deceased) was in really bad health when he recorded those lines. Toei's decision to not re-record AT LEAST his lines with the new VA they have is.....off to me

from what i learn this is reusing the original audio from everyone and this is when the old kai voice actor was not feelng good

in the SSJ2 fight, when it shows the close up of beerus's eyes moving. Beerus is actually realizing that goku is rapidly adapting to him dodging the attacks and has to actually start paying attention to goku's attacks. It's a great way to visualize just how fast goku adapts to people stronger than him. He adapted so fast that he made a god actually start paying closer attention to attacks. Thats why goku has always been known to be a genius when i comes to fighting.
