Happy February everybody! Boy, the year's going by quick, isn't it? End of the month kinda snuck up on me, but here I am with another GOCKHAUS update post!

I've blitzed through most of the game's remaining content, and as of a few days ago I've started working on the final sex scene. Once I'm done with that, I just have the ending, credits, epilogue, and finally voice work. I'm trying to line things up in such a way that I can get the VAs working on their lines while I'm finishing up non-voiced content, but we'll see how that goes. Either way, the light at the end of the tunnel is coming into view.

Trying not to get too specific so that y'all don't get overly spoiled on the final act of the game, but I can't resist showing off a couple out of context images, as well as some ghost sex.

In other news, I woke up today and saw we might be at war with Iran now??? That sucks. Uh, we'll see what happens next, but hopefully this isn't the start of WW3! I don't know if I have any fans reading this in Iran, but on the off chance there is: please stay safe, you!

Anyways, by the end of next month I'm expecting to have finished the base game of GOCKHAUS and will be putting the finishing touches on. I do apologize sincerely, because at every step of this project's development it's taken longer than expected, and full release just keeps getting pushed back further from what I originally said. But, close to the end here, I feel much more confident in an April release. I WOULD rather wait to put out the game until the voices are done, but I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to releasing the voiceless version once that's done if it seems like the voice acting will take us into May.

Please stay safe everybody, and thanks as always for your support! ^^

this certainly is a timeline we live in.

It's a good idea to have the option of playing the game fully without voices. That'll add even more replay value to the version with voices. Also I'm pretty sure alot of people on here have atleast tried most of the game in that state ^^ But that's just my opinion. April's my birthday month too the 7th of april. So i'll have that to look forward to aswell. Keep up the good work ^^

I have SEVERAL questions!

KaosKatsu

Wahey! I recognize that ghosts hair xD

thatcombatwombat

Certain Koikatsu model creators out there are very good at that kind of thing ;)

BackwardsGuy

wtf is going on, why is cindy bisected and why are we talking to the ghost of Hitler.

With the off chance of sounding rude (sry) but I can't wait for this projects completion and having futa content finally out of the system so we can focus on breedtown 4. I am not a fan of futa content so ever since the mirajane fairy tail video project this has been an enormous draught in terms of content for me xD Nonetheless this game looks funny as hell and I am happy for my futa bros that they got their game but can't wait for it to be over. I have high expectations for BT4 especially since I was only lukewarm about the new direction for BT3 but I will hold off any discussion and feedback until Gockhaus is finished. The light is on the horizon and I can't wait xD Take care wombat and everyone else in these turbulent times. Wish you all the best and most importantly fun in further development ,)

thatcombatwombat

Well thanks for your patience and continuing to follow and support me in the meantime Leo!!! Even if futa isn't your thing, I'm hoping GOCKHAUS will be a fun time regardless haha I'm also excited to work on BT4, though before then I'm looking forward to taking a break from game development with some more video polls ^^

Pikaman

As someone not a fan of futa myself it's honestly not that invasive. It's a story device for a similar format :P

Of course! Breedtown 2 left a big impression on me and ever since I am a fan. ,) I hoped we get something like BT2 in terms of content quantity again but I think I will die on that hill wishing for it, it's one of the reasons why my opinion of BT3 dips more to the negative scale. BT3 was a more curated experience sure and I enjoyed that to an extent but the cost was turning down the dial on overall content to see.....like a lot xD Now with you adding VA's to your game and possibly want to have that for BT4 as well (I don't need voices), I fear that content will be cut again in favor for it. (Did I not say I don't want to go into detail?) Sry. As for you taking a break from game development it's something I "feared" already but anticipated. Once you are refreshed and going into BT4 I hope we get your magnum opus or if it stays in the shadow of BT2 as well. Either way you can bet that I will rev up my monetary support once development of it starts!

Leo D Marstone

Ehh, it is what it is. Futa is something I really dislike and is not something I can blend out that easily.

IMPERIAL

Perhaps even options for only certain voices to be on or off, either separate volumes or just multiple switches in the option menu.

IMPERIAL

Would that be all voices or is it possible to be able to mute certain voices?

thatcombatwombat

Hm, I'm not sure it's possible to get it that specific, sorry 🤔

IMPERIAL

Eh, here’s hoping that the voices are good then, which seeing your quality, I’ll take the bet that they will be.

Pikaman

A dedicated button to muting voice lines should fix that. Someone can then control when they want to hear it or not. Don't know if that's a simple thing ^^
