It's so much fun getting to see these older type of performances, even though the video quality isn't what it is today, it's still so interesting to see content from this generation. Their talent is no joke!

🔵 THANK YOU FOR VOTING IN THE NEW MOON POLL 🌘

🔵 HOPE YOU LIKE IT 💙 LOVE YOU ALL 🩵

I'm so glad you responded to TVXQ's stages. Thank you so much. Speaking of "Tonight", it's one of the hardest songs to sing and it was written to test the talents of all 5 members. It's also one of my favorite songs because it shows their maturity in vocals and their great handling of notes. If you have time, you can listen to Tonight from their debut and Tonight (Asia 3rd concert Mirotic) or Dream concert to see how great they are.

Besides that I would like to recommend some great songs of TVXQ: - Picture of you, One, Tonight (asia 3rd concert Mirotic), Don't Say Goodbye, Crazy love (3rd Asia Tour), Hey! Don't Bring Me Down (live), Hiyaya (MV), MKMF stage; Kotoba wa Iranai, Stand By You, Lovin'U (Saitama Super Arena), Share The World (Saitama Super Arena), Heart mind and soul (Tokyo Dome), Lion Heart, Kotobani Dekinai (live), Survivor and Break out - JYJ live stage: In Heaven, Found you, Back seat, Get Out, W, So So, Boy's Letter - HOMIN: Catch me, Before U go, Keep Your Head Down, Truth And especially I want to recommend some songs by Jaejoong (he is my bias): Maze (Tokyo Dome), For U, Asia Tour Concert 2013 stage (Mine, Butterfly, Just Another Girl, 9+1#, Rotten Love, KissB, Now is good, Ultra Soul, Konayuki), Impossible MV and Flower Garden album.

I have heard a lot abt them (I started kpop during 3rd gen) and how they are legends but it is bcs of you Johan... that I really started listening and watching their stuffs. I don't know why but whenever I see Jaejoong... I feel like crying. My heart feels him so much. He has gone through so much but his heart is still so pure! Can't stress it enough. and talent?! don't say no more. omg! his voice is just unreal, and the visuaaals! I love him so much. and my my yt/tiktok algorithm is all him haha not complaining, tho! just want to say thank hou Johan bcs - it is bcs of youthat I get to learn and love a lot of k-artists/idols. ☺️🤗 what you do is truly a blessing! I hope you know that! ♥️

Maya

I can't believe Yoochun is giving Jack Sparrow realness in that last performance lmao

Deb D

Wonderful videos, and as always, I love your reactions! For JYJ, I would recommend The Boy’s Letter, And for Jae Joong, I would recommend Modern Beat, Let the Rhythm Flow, Butterfly, Mine, and Nobody Like You-❤️

Eir

So happy you're having fun reacting to TVXQ/JYJ. Love your reactions as always. I wish you all the best in surviving through Jaejoong's amazing solo live stages :) Rockstar JJ is my favourite JJ and Junsu solo stages are also amazing!

Kazie

Thank you so much for reacting to these. Even though these performances were what is now considered a long time ago, by watching you reacting to them it makes it feel like it's still so current like I am back in that time watching it again. And such great talent. Accidental sneak peak at Jaejoong in 2014 there :D If you are watching some of his earlier solo performances I highly recommend his performance of Butterfly in his 2013 WWW Concert https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wtRl7JzzL4 - he looks absolutely PERFECT in this video.

HYEMIN

Thank you so much for reacting to my recommendations!💙 I'm sorry about the bad quality of Magic Castle and Tonight stages. There were some music show performances that showed their cute handsome faces well and had good quality. But those stages were either short or not live vocals. So I hardly chose the performances you’ve seen. Still, someday if you have time for it, I’d love to show you more🥰

Ander0w0

So when are you gonna react to their short film "Dangerous Love"? ;p

Mini

Hello, I'm coming over from your TVXQ content on YouTube and thought to come here to support you. I noticed you like watching BL content and was instantly reminded of an old drama called "Dangerous Love" starring the boys. It's quite hilarious, and there is a lot of BL fan service going on with Jaejoong that you might enjoy. I noticed other people have been mentioning it here, too, so it must be a sign! ; ) https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4dwo5w

johanmoon

i can include it in the next full moon poll 🌝

It's funny that of all the live stages of this video, only 2 had live vocals. It was customary in Korea to not sing live during really heavy choreographed songs, in order to truly display all of their dancing moves. Yet, once they moved to Japan, they soon realised that it was customary in Japan to always sing live, whether you were dancing or not. That wasn't much of an issue in Japan, since dancing was secondary there to live vocals (that's why Japanese stages are always sooo quiet), but Tohoshinki, as they were known in Japan, released "Rising Sun" and "O" in Japan as singles and they had to actually sing and dance completely live. They said it was a hard adjustment, since they didn't reduce the intensity of the dancing and their vocals were expected to sound the same as the CD. I think it was during that time that they really became the vocal power houses they are known as today. They could always sing live really well and they always sounded better live, but the ability to sing and dance like that without going out of breath, that's a skill they were forced to develop in order to survive in the Japanese market. Truly legendary!

Loved watching your reaction!! Jaejoong's vocals are always competing with his visuals, it is a tough battle! For Jaejoong, like everybody else in all of the comments, I would suggest reacting to the WWW 2013 Asia Tour in Yokohama. it is one of the best concerts both vocally and visually, specially for these songs. You can not miss these in a Jaejoong marathon, they are so iconic!! -"Butterfly" -"9+1#" -"Konayuki" -"Ultra Soul" -"Modem Beat" -"Kiss B"

Loreley Bernal

Everyone here would recommend "Maze", a fan favorite!! It has only 2 live performances, one with amazing vocals from 2007, and one with amazing energy and stage presence in Tokyo Dome 2010. Both are worth watching! It was his only solo in Japan as part of Tohoshinki and the first taste of J-rock we got from him, and not the last for sure :) And the lyrics are so amazing and powerful!!! It is a must watch even after 17 years!!

Loreley Bernal

This will be my last comment. I just didn't want to miss the chance to recommend these songs before you check out JJ's solo work. -"All that glitters" and "Rotten love" from The Rebirth of J in Japan (beautiful performances with pristine vocals, right after his army release) -"One kiss" and "Runaway" from I#Once MBC every1 (godly vocals and very recent, like 2022) -"Glamorous sky" (Tokyo Dome 2013 or Dream Concert 2023, or any other, they are all good!) -"Tender love" (underrated song even though it was a title track!) Plus his whole performance in Weverse 2024 is amazing!! He was the closing artist on day 2, in his first time participating in this festival! (Junsu was on Day 1).

Hi! Joined your channel and became a member after seeing your TVXQ content on YT! 👋 Echoing some of the other commenters re: Jaejoong's solo live stages, I know you'd love them (and not just cos he's often topless during the WWW tour 😉) Also, the Tonight performance from TVXQ's Mirotic tour; it was performed during the encore so they'd just done almost 3 hours of concert and STILL managed to hit the vocals; insane! Loving your TVXQ content so far and looking forward to seeing more! 🥰

HONEYJj

Thank you for ot5 content. I would like to suggest tvxq a nation 2005-2009 live, react to their beautiful live vocals & stage presence & how their audience grew from 1st performance to their last performance as ot5. The link https://youtu.be/s3IP5MFx9j0?si=G9sjNaVbAaQjd3tD Maybe you can react to JYJ & Jaejoong's solo performance later. THANK YOU

Luna
