Well... it's over 😭 I kept waiting for something to happen, I really didn't think 13 would be the last episode because there were another episode after and the previous season was 14 episodes AND it ended right after a trip! The first season as well, I think?

Either way, it really is a success with all these matches that were created. But generally this season felt a little all over the place with the secret missions and the new twists and turns that didn't really add anything fun.
But what stood out the most to me this season is how short a week feels. I didn't get the same impression from the previous season but I don't know why.

I really could have done without episode 14. I don't know why they included that, it makes no sense to me. The show is over and they've already matched so why showcase this "break up" for the world to see. And then the other two on their date which ended in an opposite way which was cute, I guess, but it all just felt very forced.

All in all I've still really enjoyed this season. I just love this show. It was going to be hard to follow up season 2 anyway and I understand why they tried new things to make it more exciting. But less is more, in my opinion. If feelings are involved then drama will happen naturally so we shouldn't force it.

Hoping for a reunion? They should start doing that! With a host! THAT WOULD BE AMAZING! Let me know what you guys think~

i feel emotionally manipulated by the producers with the seungjin hwi situation lmao. they were building it up so much, for what? showing those calls & hwi saying "i want to be comforted by seungjin" after seongmin not picking him??? stop playing with me!!! i was so convinced they were going to give us an update that they started dating outside the house 😭 but i'm very glad that they are at least still besties :( ep14 was all so awkward (i kinda think it was scripted a little 🤔). but omg the hateeee hanmin is getting in his comments!!? minseon & myeongkyung apparently aren't together anymore either, while jaesung & seongmin are so it's weird that they didn't give an update on the one surviving couple???

I honestly couldn’t get through the last episode. I felt uncomfortable watching the break up since I feel like that should be done off the camera and it does feel a bit scripted idk.

Tell me why the breakup had to be captured and become public…? I’m a little confused about that. ANYWAYS… Hanmin is getting a lot of hate, which I think is very stupid. Don’t expect someone to catch a huge feeling within a week. They all obviously took the time after done filming to learn about each other and in that process, Hanmin’s feeling towards YJ just didn’t grow as much. There’s NOTHING wrong with that. Do feel bad for YJ, but isn’t it better to end than dragging the relationship?🤷🏻‍♀️ Even during the show, Hanmin expressed multiple times how he’s unsure of this entire situation because everything moved too quickly for him. So tbh, I did expect this ending. And how people are comparing this season with The Boyfriend is honestly pissing me off LOL. I liked both with different reasons. I did like one more than the other only because of the edits, but some people are clearly missing the whole point of having same-sex/LGBTQ+ dating shows (in ASIA especially).

hanmin hasn't done anything wrong, if anything people should be giving hate to the production team for making them break up on camera after the show has ended. there's literally no one's business if they choose to do that THE SHOW IS OVER??? THEY ALREADY MATCHED, WHATS THE POINT OMG. of course i feel bad for YJ too but that's what you sign up for when you join a dating show. hanmin's decision makes a lot of sense to me. it's outside the show where they REALLY get to know each other and see if their daily routines and lifestyles match, etc. yeah that's so true. both his man and the boyfriend are amazing and both really important shows. they offer 2 different perspectives of culture so it's not at all about which is "better". and it's really not fair to compare to a netflix show imo because i can imagine they got a WAY bigger budget. just look at the production and how they were able to live together for a MONTH?? like there must be so much footage they just scrapped cus they had too much. we can and should love and support both shows!! 💙 or at least not pit them against each other. lmao some people smh

Okay, I know you were stressed but you were cracking me UPP! This last episode was absurd!!! I don’t really understand the direction it all just kinda felt sloppy. Hwi is my favorite and is THE star. I love him sooooooo much and so sad Suenghwi didn’t come to fruition! Absolutely if they had 3 more days we could have had something NICE! But we can’t have nice things apparently 😔 Also, I really don’t know why they tried to milk more of the Myeongkyun/Youngjoon story line because like yes it was a big part of the but I was more attached to the other 4 in the house. And damn I thought it was kind of mean to Younghoon! He don’t deserve to be embarrassed like that! He obviously took some humility from the whole thing anyway. I agree I think they tried to capture lightning twice by the beauty of Sueng Ho and Jungsong was it was so cosmic that it defied the show. You can’t just reproduce that.
